"You are not emotionally stable. In fact, I'd say that you are the most emotionally unstable person I've ever met. Honestly, it's like a roller coaster. One day, you are the most sweetest person and the other you are so full of hate that even the people around you start becoming unhappy.
"Maybe you should look into that. I'm not saying you have issues but you could use some sort of help.
