That's why I can go to Cortland whenever I wish and stay there as long as I want.
That's why we can share everything. She's basically my shoulder to cry on, owner of every secret known to my embarrassing character. She is there for me when I need to decode that late night text from you-know-who. She is there for me when all I want to do on a Friday night is veg out and discuss the important things..like Blair-Chuck breakup.
That's why I thanked her for the weekend we had. Yes, it was amazing, but there does not have to be anything extraordinary to call it amazing. Simply being together and laughing at the minutest details were enough...
