so the great scheme failed. that's one thing. what the heck is up with the shitshow that has been going on is a whole another mystery.
stereotypical yet correct facts:
most international students are engineers.
most engineers are male.
most international students hang out together.
chinese students are exempt from all these observations because they do not mingle with the non-chinese.
